Acceptance and parties

The parties are axofit and you, the person using the app or the website. By creating an account, using the app or using axofit.app you accept these terms and the privacy notice.

You must be 18 or older to use axofit.

The service

axofit builds strength training routines around your goal, your level, your time and your equipment; lets you log your workouts; shows your muscle recovery, your progress and your records; includes an exercise library with video, and keeps you company with Axo, our mascot.

axofit is not a medical service and does not replace the advice of a health professional. If you have a medical condition, an injury or concerns about your health, see your doctor before training. You train at your own risk: mind your technique, use weights you can control and stop if you feel pain.

Your account

You can create your account with an email and password, or sign in with Apple or Google. Keep your credentials safe: what happens in your account is your responsibility.

Each account belongs to one person. We may suspend an account used to abuse the service.

Free trial and subscription

axofit is offered with the axofit Pro plan, monthly or yearly. Once you finish signing up you get a 14 day free trial, once per account, with no card and no store involved.

• The trial is free and does not renew on its own: nothing is charged when it ends. From then on routines need a subscription; the exercise library stays available for free, and your history, progress and profile remain yours.
• If you subscribe, the App Store or Google Play charges the plan you picked at purchase, and the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it.
• To stop it from renewing, cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, from the subscription settings of your Apple or Google account.
• The store sets the price for your country. The price may change, and we will tell you before a change applies.
• Refunds are handled by the store under its own policies.
• The subscription is tied to your axofit account, so it works on every device where you sign in.
• Family Sharing is not available.

Acceptable use

By using axofit you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer the app or the server.
• Scrape the exercise catalog or any other content.
• Resell the service or its content.
• Use the service or its content to train other systems.
• Create fake accounts or impersonate someone else.

Intellectual property

The axofit name, Axo and its image, the design and the software belong to us or our licensors. Exercise videos and images are used under license.

Your data remains yours. You give us a limited license to use it only to run the service, as the privacy notice explains.

Availability and changes

We do our best to keep axofit working at all times, but we cannot guarantee it will never fail. We may change or retire features; if an important change affects what you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

Account deletion and termination

You can delete your account whenever you want from Profile in the app or by writing to [email protected]. At https://axofit.app/en/delete-account we explain what is erased and what is kept.

Deleting your account does not cancel your store subscription. Cancel it yourself from your Apple or Google account so it does not renew.

We may end your access if you breach these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent Mexican law allows, we are not liable for injuries caused by doing the exercises incorrectly, by failures of the equipment you train with or by not following your doctor's advice. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for axofit in the last 12 months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is important, we tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect, and the date at the top always shows the version in force. If you keep using axofit after that date, you accept the new version; if you don't agree, you can delete your account and cancel your subscription.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Ciudad de México. None of this limits your rights under Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law or your right to go to PROFECO.
